Amid a literally “frantic” overall energy—which refers both to the rapid pace of developments and to the outbursts of some individuals and groups—this New Moon (which is already having an effect) offers us a great deal of support (if we use the energy):

When our self (Sun) and our needs/home (Moon) meet in the sign of stability, earth, values, and sensuality (Taurus), this creates a quality of grounding—grounding in self-worth and belonging that depends on nothing external. Here, we can experience our body, our sensuality, our breath, and our connection to nature particularly intensely as stabilizing factors, so as not to be swept away (as so many are) by the fast pace of the present time.

The trine (120-degree aspect) between the Sun in Taurus and Jupiter in Cancer was exact on Monday but is still in effect. The connection between Jupiter (which amplifies and expands wherever it is) and Cancer (the sign of the Moon, whose new moon we are experiencing in Taurus) further reinforces this effect and offers us the chance to experience a sense of “home” within ourselves. However, it can also intensify emotions, particularly around (and leading up to) this new moon.

Today: Sun in conjunction with Mercury

When light (Sun) falls on the planet of communication and understanding, the freedom for exchange (Mercury) - contacts and clarifications can be strongly and cosmically supported, as can one’s own mindful quest for clarity. Since this is taking place in Taurus, the question arises: what messages (Mercury) are trying to reach us through our bodies (Sun in Taurus), and how can we be attentive to them?

Mercury also represents transportation—yesterday I heard on the news that intensive plans are currently being made in the EU to internationalize rail traffic and simplify travel from one national railway company to the next…

When in the last 7 years Uranus, which stands for revolution, sudden changes, acceleration, discoveries - was moving through Taurus, this sign of stability, permanence, groundedness, earth - this Uranus-energy was substantially held back (in astrology we would say it was in a sign of debilitation). Think of it as a hand mixer that struggles through the stiff dough. In this time “it tried its best” to stir the area of earthly values, finances (see crypto), disruption and transmutation of global financial systems and stabilities.

From now on, precisely from 26th of April, this will completely change. Uranus moves into Gemini, an air sign, for the next 7 years - the “hand mixer” is lifted into the air and turns wild. Uranus fits great with Gemini! Now it can move its energy forward without resistance - may be some of you already feel the energetic shift. I strongly do, didn’t sleep the whole night because of intense thinking activity. So this is what the new sign Gemini stands for

• The mind, cognitive and/or logical thought

• Learning

• especially with Uranus: Discoveries

• Communication

In all these areas we can 100% expect swift dramatic changes. What we got till now (for example in the areas of AI) are just a glimpse of what is ahead.

This is even stronger because of the fact that the Sign of Uranus, Aquarius (obviously an air sign as well) is the sign, where Pluto is transiting, the slowest planet (248 years through the zodiac). Pluto points to the large-scale global generational developments it represents: radical transformation, death and birth processes, the unescapable. So this is the character that it gives to Aquarius’ ruler Uranus and all it’s endeavors in Gemini: They will radically transform our society. Therefore, many people will respond with fear, even terror to the point of hysteria.

How not to go crazy in this time

If we stay both grounded into our connection with earth and with higher realms of consciousness, spoken in physical energies: from the root to the crown, the two poles of our human existence - then there is no reason for unrest. Exactly the opposit: we are strongly called to maintain this stability in order to be able to hold these rapidly increasing frequencies.

This will literally be decisive for the dramatic timeline divergence of this moment in history: where a part of humanity stays stuck in old structures, believes, low frequency energies such as fear, judgement, revenge, and another one will move and grow from 3D into 5D reality.

After 7 years of walk through Taurus, the Uranus energy has changed

Archetypes of planets evolve themselves continuously. Over all these years in Taurus since 2018/2019, the Uranus energy was strongly connected to the earth and to the body. We have matured in our sense of self-worth, in our contact to the body and its message for us. We carry all that with us as a stability that we can always refer to - this makes us even more equipped to go through this upcoming possibly tumultuous times! But it wants to be remembered and practiced.

And while the world is accelerating - let’s keep in mind: There is no rush! Imagine yourself sitting in a supersonic aircraft. There, you can do things slower, well thought, exactly guided, fully relaxed.

As we have the last days before Uranus moves into Gemini, still present in the last degrees of Taurus, which is known as the most intense moment, when a planet urges to finish the tasks of this sign, today we have a special, beautiful constellation, just for one day, then moving on: Venus (the ruler of the very same sign Taurus) representing love, values, sensuality, beauty is crossing the much slower planet Uranus on 29°53’36’’ Taurus at Friday 24th April 03:32am CET (or 23th at 21:32pm EST), which will already be felt from approximately two days before.

Venus “talking” to Uranus (with its upcoming activities in Gemini) reminds us that all has its value and its rootedness in a signature of love. And as Venus is about values, it is as well particularly about self-worth. While we are anchored in our self-worth, no matter what, we can safely handle the times ahead.

At the same time Uranus (Independency, freedom, future) talks of course also to Venus. It may

• remind us of the freedom we need in all love and of the independency that remains at first place connected with itself and faithful to itself. We may want to verify how this is the case for us.

• At the same time we may feel the freedom that real love grants to all those involved.

• Uranus (future) may ask our personal Venus (love): how do I want the love that I emit to evolve? (Uranus=future)

All this happens before Venus moves on on Friday 24th into Gemini, a much more “sober-minded” energy that can at times feel somewhat cool or distanced (and may be relaxing after a lot of emotions), but at the same time strongly drawn to the other as a mirror of myself.

Saturn, Mars, and Mercury in a triple conjunction

(since yesterday, still ongoing)

A complex mix of energies – with various possible effects

• The impulsiveness and daring of Mars (especially now in its own sign of Aries) combine with the maturity and long-term perspective of Saturn (highlighting the convergence of these archetypes throughout the entire Saturn cycle through Aries until April 2028).

• Conversely, from the shadow side, Saturn (limitation, constriction) can also paralyze the energy of Mars, resulting in a lack of energy—be patient with yourself if things don’t move as quickly as we’d like.

• Mercury (thinking, clarity) can receive powerful insights through Mars/Saturn, especially when we use our thinking to reflect on the long-term nature (Saturn) of how we use our energy (Mars).

• Sometimes, however, there can also be “too much energy” in communication, in which case we may need to tone things down a bit so as not to get in our own way.

Sun in Taurus

The new position of the Sun since Monday supports us during this constellation (and even more, when Uranus will move into Gemini on coming Sunday). It brings us into somewhat calmer waters, if we make use of it. Connecting with nature, with our own bodies, and with our sensuality helps stabilize us during these very turbulent times. New Moon in Aries on Friday, April 17 (the energy is already at work)

The last powerful piece still missing from this long-prepared new beginning: I have spoken a lot about the significance of the huge change, in which a dimensional shift is currently taking place; many call it “the new world,” “the transition from 3D to 5D,” etc. Astrologically, too, this has been prepared for in many steps, as I mentioned earlier (Saturn and Neptune conjunct at 0° Aries on February 20 / the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese zodiac in February / the shift of the slowest planets, Pluto and Neptune (and in a few days, Uranus), into water and fire signs / the beginning of the Year of the New Beginning in numerology as a “1” year). All of these indicate large-scale energetic tectonic plate shifts.

With the current planetary cluster (= all different types of energies) in Aries (new beginnings) in April, while not a single planet is retrograde (no looking back or inward reflection, but unbridled forward momentum), this has become increasingly tangible for us.

But now, with the new moon on February 17 IN ARIES, it will shape our personal lives: the Sun (my consciousness, who I am—what I want) and the Moon (my emotions—what I need) encounter: these are the energies closest to us personally. When this also takes place in the sign of new beginnings, it is comparable to the ribbon-cutting ceremony of a major highway or bridge construction: It has been under construction for a long time, and now it is being opened for “personal” use! Clear path on the new journey!

Running (Creating) – and Breathing (Grounding)

What does this mean for us?

1. Yes, we can create new realities; we can use the available energy. Mars wants to be active, often in a physical, practical way. We give form to what we previously saw as a vision or merely sensed, and what moves us toward the new era. However! Let it be

a. well-considered (Mars+Saturn – see last post)

b. spiritually connected (Mars+Neptune – see last post).

c. We create through the mind: Feel your power, be aware that you manifest through your frequency. What you think and feel allows the quantum field to bring forth physical realities in your field.

2. And at the same time: there is, in a way, an excess of Aries energy! It is crucial now that we remain grounded and anchored. Venus, currently still in her own sign of Taurus (Earth), helps us stay grounded and anchored. You should definitely take enough time for the methods that have proven effective for you personally to ground yourself (morning/evening meditation, nature, candle gazing, yoga, Qigong, journaling…).

The day before the new moon (Thursday, April 16): Sun conjunct Chiron!

Chiron represents the wound and Aries represents the self. Since Chiron entered Aries in 2018, old identity wounds have increasingly come to the surface. When the Sun (awareness) once again intensely illuminates Chiron on the very day before the magnificent new-start new moon, this is an invitation to leave victim roles completely behind, to recognize the healing we have gained, and to step into the new era with renewed confidence in ourselves and in who we have been allowed to become even, through all the hardships.

Also on April 16: Mercury conjunct Neptune

When Mercury (understanding) transits Neptune (dreams, intuition), this is particularly beneficial for exceptionally sharp intuition and a precise vision of what we want to create. This will provide excellent support for our new beginning projects!

What’s different now that Mars has moved into Aries?

Since Mars moved yesterday, April 10, from the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces (stands for dissolution, dreams, spirituality), into its own sign, Aries—the first sign of the zodiac (represents the energy of new beginnings and taking on earthly form) —this Aries energy is now amplified by its ruling planet. Many of us have already begun to sense this (if it hasn’t already happened with the arrival of the many other planets in Mars over the past few weeks): our most authentic being is ready to put our visions into action. This was more difficult when Mars was still in Pisces, where its energy primarily went into the imagination rather than into implementation (Pisces represents the cosmos, while Aries represents the Earth). These visions now want to manifest through action, and new energy is available for this.

We are learning a new paradigm

But this time it is not like it usually looks like, when Mars crossed this threshold every 1.8 years!

For now it happened following the epochal Neptune/Saturn conjunction, in which Neptune (which takes 168 years to travel through the zodiac) and Saturn (30 years to travel through the zodiac) met exactly at 0° Aries—precisely at the location of the “cosmic birth canal.” Although the two meet roughly every 30 years, this has never happened at this exact point in the past 6,000 years! What does it mean?

A new era has begun, in which spirituality (Neptune) and realism (Saturn) are no longer contradictory. Instead, our reality will be reshaped by our insight into the spiritual world. This will determine the centuries ahead of us, but over the next 14 years, as Neptune transits Aries (=implementation, new beginnings, action), we will gradually become more and more familiar with this new paradigm - and we come to understand more and more what this means for us collectively and personally. Spiritual (Neptune) projects (Saturn = implementation) will be launched anew and with great energy (Aries).

Implementation energy with staying power

Back to the current Mars movement: Yes, when Mars moves into its own sign, we feel a surge of new energy that wants to get moving. But what does this specifically mean in the wake of the Saturn-Neptune conjunction that is shaping our new era?

1. Mars / Saturn (conjunction exact Sun, Apr 19, 2026, but already effective beforehand): Even though Mars is usually impetuous, rather unplanned, with the risk of perhaps squandering its energy at times, it is now being guided toward greater maturity. Saturn also stands for maturity and long-term perspective, just as is necessary for real-world achievement. When we feel an impulse to act, this can now be much more carefully considered: Is this the right step? What goals do I actually want to achieve by when, and will this help me do so?

Execution with transcendent connection

2. Mars / Neptune (exact conjunction tomorrow, Sunday, April 12, 2026): When we take action, perhaps after having looked deeply into spiritual realities, we have often been drawn into the “dust of the world,” into what we call “reality,”. This has lead us often into the risk of losing sight of the breadth of our vision and the multidimensionality of reality that we have perceived in dreams, in meditation, while dancing, or through other spiritual practices. But the “new Mars” no longer wants to lose itself in the limited dimensions, in the dust that forgets. It is learning right now to do both in connection: to act and to be one with the spiritual world.

As Mars now moves through its sign over the next two months, “we are learning a new Mars”; we are learning how this energy wants to be lived in the new paradigm.
